John Cale


Cale John Davies, OBE (March 9, 1942) is Welsh musician, composer, instrumentalist and producer. It is well known for integrating the legendary New York band Velvet Underground in the second half of the '60s. 1970



"Vintage Violence"

Vintage Violence was the first solo album by former Velvet Underground, John Cale. Produced for just $ 15,000, Cale says in his autobiography that there was "much originality in this album, it's just someone teaching himself to do something." He also thought the songs were simplistic. He rode a band to play on the album. However, the group did not last beyond recording sessions.

When I saw the title of this album struck me pretty and I love to listen, an album "fair" with good melodies and as he puts it in a way nothing of this world, but is actually very good ..
